1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on asik77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia, or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of asik77 or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously had an Account terminated by asik77 for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be registered on any national or self-exclusion list for online gambling.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.

asik77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within five (5) business days of request may result in Account suspension.

3 Account Registration & KYC

When registering an Account on asik77, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. asik77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where such use arises from your failure to safeguard your password or access devices.

One Account Rule: Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on asik77. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — constitutes a violation of these Terms. In such cases, asik77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets, and permanently withhold associated balances without notice.

asik77 processes KYC reviews within two (2) to five (5) business days. Withdrawal requests will be placed in pending status until KYC is satisfactorily completed. We may request additional documentation at our reasonable discretion to comply with our anti-money-laundering obligations.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the asik77 platform are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). asik77 does not apply any currency conversion fee, foreign exchange markup, or transaction processing charge for standard domestic deposits and withdrawals via the supported channels listed below.

Supported Payment Channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• Digital Wallets (E-Wallets): OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within one (1) to five (5) minutes of payment conf irmation from your bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within thirty (30) minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number for manual investigation.

Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 WIB on a business day are typically processed within three (3) minutes to two (2) hours. Requests submitted after 22:00 WIB or on Indonesian public holidays may be processed on the following business day. asik77 does not guarantee withdrawal processing times for requests that are pending KYC verification or under fraud review.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or e-wallets are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. asik77 reserves the right to request documentary proof that the withdrawal account belongs to you before processing any withdrawal request.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

asik77 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major sporting occasions including the BRI Liga 1 season and the UEFA Champions League knockout stages.

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms will prevail in relation to that promotion only.

General bonus rules applicable to all asik77 promotions unless stated otherwise:

1. Bonus offers are available to eligible Players who have completed full KYC verification, unless otherwise stated.
2. A Player may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously.
3. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds or winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable real-money balance.
4. Bonus funds may only be used on games and bet types designated as eligible within the specific promotion terms. Togel (numbers lottery) bets may carry different wagering contribution rates than sports bets or slot games — check the applicable promotion page.
5. asik77 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering already in progress under a valid promotion will be honoured.
6. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms, or placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to clear wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent Account termination.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on asik77 are subject to the specific rules for each sport, market, or game type. It is the Player's sole responsibility to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet. asik77 provides detailed rules within each product section of the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets displayed as "Pending" have not been accepted and carry no financial obligation on either party until confirmed.
• Odds Changes: asik77 reserves the right to update odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. If odds change between your selection and confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to accept or decline the new price.
• Voided Bets: A bet may be voided — and the stake returned to your Account — in circumstances including event cancellation, match abandonment before the required playing time, obvious pricing errors, or where asik77 has reasonable grounds to suspect match manipulation.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to the specific terms published in the Sportsbook section. If any selection in a mix parlay is voided, the bet will be recalculated based on the remaining valid selections.
• Live Betting: In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed immediately before a suspension are subject to review; asik77 reserves the right to void any in-play bet placed after the relevant event outcome was reasonably determinable.
• Casino & Slot Games: All slot gacor (high-payout slot) and live dealer game results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Results are final once displayed on screen. Disconnection mid-game does not void a spin or hand; the round will be completed and the result recorded normally.
• Togel: All togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from the official draw data of the relevant market. asik77 is not responsible for errors in third-party draw publications.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on asik77 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment credentials to fund an Account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using the asik77 platform.
• Employing automated software, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or access the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities — any such vulnerabilities must be reported to asik77 immediately via [email protected].
• Colluding with other Players, whether in live dealer games, poker, or any other multi-player environment, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a proxy, agent, or associate.
• Engaging in bandar bola (football bookmaking) activity — i.e., acting as an intermediary or sub-agent who accepts bets from third parties using an asik77 account.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using a VPN or similar tool to circumvent geo-restrictions.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the asik77 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, typography, graphics, software, game assets, written content, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of asik77 or its licensed third-party content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express prior written consent of asik77.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, asik77 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, regardless of the theory of liability.

asik77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall limit asik77's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

asik77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised against asik77 by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the Player via the Responsible Gaming tools.

Upon Account termination for a breach, asik77 may confiscate all real-money balances and void all pending bets where permitted under applicable law. Where an Account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., voluntary closure or business exit from a jurisdiction), any real-money balance remaining after deducting any outstanding liabilities will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within ten (10) business days.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closures are processed within two (2) business days. Players who have active self-exclusion requests will not be permitted to reopen their Account during the exclusion period.

11 Privacy & Data

12 Amendments to These Terms

asik77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by email or via a prominently displayed in-platform notice at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to address urgent security concerns.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary Account closure before the amendment takes effect.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law, as applied by the regulatory jurisdiction in which asik77 holds its international operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and asik77, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team at [email protected] with a written description of the issue. asik77 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents asik77 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
